Mightytuner is provided exclusively for tuning musical instruments. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation.
The Mightytuner Unleashed is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional tuning features.
All purchases, billing, and refunds are processed securely through Google Play.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if these Terms of Use are violated or misuse is detected.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The Developer may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
